As we expand our footprint in North America, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s future.
Über die Position
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to own two key pillars of our marketing efforts: site optimization and organic social media management. This role offers the unique opportunity to craft the customer journey on-site while building a thriving, engaged community primarily on Instagram, with an eye toward expansion into platforms like TikTok and YouTube. Reporting directly to the North America CEO, this position is integral to our growth strategy.

    E-Commerce & Site Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize the BADESOFA.com user experience to increase conversion, leveraging your expertise in Shopify.
  • Analyze site performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve functionality, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously test and refine the customer journey, ensuring seamless transitions from product discovery to checkout.
      Organic Social Media Management:
  • Lead the creation, planning, and execution of engaging organic content and campaigns, with a primary focus on Instagram and strategic expansion into TikTok and YouTube.
  • Actively manage the community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful connections while driving organic creator collaborations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize growth and engagement.

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a fast-paced e-commerce environment (home goods experience is a plus).
  • Social Media Expertise: A proven track record of managing and growing organic social channels, especially Instagram. Experience with TikTok is highly desirable as we seek to expand into this platform.
  • Creative Vision: Strong skills in visual storytelling, content creation, and tools like Canva and video editing software. Bonus points if you’re comfortable appearing in Reels or Stories yourself!
  • Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance metrics and optimizing for success.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. You’re proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with a knack for balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
